Terms of Service

RapidReel provides done-for-you video editing, photo editing, thumbnail design, and related post-production services on a subscription basis. The scope of services included in each plan is described on our website at the time of purchase. RapidReel reserves the right to update or modify the features included in any plan with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

RapidReel currently offers two subscription plans:

• Core: $2,497/month. Short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), up to 20 edits per month, one active project at a time. Additional requests wait in queue. Delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Full Production: $4,997/month. Everything in Core plus YouTube video editing (up to 20 minutes, 4 per month), custom thumbnails, photo retouching and color correction (30 per month), two active projects at a time. Additional requests wait in queue. Delivered within 3-5 business days for long-form.

Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to active subscribers. The pricing in effect at the time of your subscription is the pricing that applies to your billing cycle.

All services are performed by RapidReel on behalf of the subscriber. We reserve the right to decline any project or request that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of third parties, or falls outside the scope of the subscribed plan.

RapidReel operates on a month-to-month subscription model. There are no long-term commitments or minimum contract periods. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same calendar date each month until cancelled.

All subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize RapidReel to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

RapidReel reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes, we will provide at least 14 days advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to services will continue through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period already paid.

To cancel, you may use the self-serve portal linked in your Stripe billing confirmation email, or contact us directly at rapidreel.biz@gmail.com. Cancellation requests sent by email will be processed within 2 business days. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges, completed billing periods, or work already delivered.

Pause Requests: Customers may request to pause a subscription by contacting RapidReel before the next billing date. Pause requests are handled manually and are not guaranteed to apply retroactively. Pausing a subscription does not refund prior charges, completed billing periods, or unpaid balances. While an account is paused, RapidReel may pause new work, active requests, workspace access, file delivery, and other subscription services until the account is reactivated.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• RapidReel cannot deliver a usable first edit after the included revision process. In that case, the first month may be refunded at RapidReel's discretion.
• A duplicate charge occurs due to a billing error on our part
• A refund is required by applicable law

Core subscribers receive one revision round per deliverable. Full Production subscribers receive two revision rounds per deliverable. Revisions must stay within the scope of the original brief. New creative directions, new deliverables, or major changes outside the original request may be treated as a new request. If RapidReel cannot deliver a usable first edit after the included revision process, the first month may be refunded under the Refund Policy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first charge by emailing rapidreel.biz@gmail.com with your account details and a description of the issue. RapidReel will review all requests in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

Refunds are not provided for general dissatisfaction, subjective preference changes outside the original brief, completed billing periods, delivered work, or ongoing monthly charges after the first billing period, except where required by law or caused by duplicate billing or error.

Core subscribers receive one revision round per deliverable. Full Production subscribers receive two revision rounds per deliverable. Revision rounds must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery and must stay within the scope of the original brief.

A revision means changes to the existing deliverable based on the original brief: timing, music, cuts, captions, color, or similar adjustments. New creative directions, new footage, or substantially different concepts are treated as new requests, not revisions, and may use a new queue slot or be subject to additional charges.

Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your plan are available as a paid add-on. RapidReel does not guarantee that any deliverable will meet subjective preferences not communicated in the original brief.

Short-form requests are delivered within 2–3 business days. Long-form requests are delivered within 3–5 business days. Turnaround time is measured from the time a complete and actionable request is received, including all necessary footage, assets, and instructions.

Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. RapidReel will not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay caused by RapidReel, we will communicate proactively and make reasonable efforts to remedy the situation.

By submitting content to RapidReel for editing, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all footage, images, audio, and other materials submitted
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• You have obtained all necessary licenses for any music, audio, or third-party media included in your submission

RapidReel is not responsible for any legal claims, copyright strikes, platform takedowns, or other consequences arising from content submitted by the client. You agree to indemnify and hold RapidReel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submitted content or your use of our deliverables.

Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable billing period, RapidReel grants you full ownership of all completed deliverables produced during that period. You may use, publish, modify, and distribute your deliverables for any lawful purpose without restriction.

RapidReel retains the right to use completed deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Such requests will be honored at our discretion.

All original footage, raw files, and source materials submitted by the client remain the sole property of the client. RapidReel does not claim any ownership over submitted materials.

RapidReel treats all client content, business information, and submitted materials as confidential. We will not share, sell, license, or disclose your content to any third party except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of your subscription. If you require a formal non-disclosure agreement, please contact us before subscribing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RapidReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising from your use of our services.

In no event shall RapidReel's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services exceed the total amount paid by you to RapidReel in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. Please contact us at rapidreel.biz@gmail.com before pursuing any formal legal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Lafayette, Louisiana. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RapidReel.

Clients are responsible for keeping their own backup copies of all raw footage and source files submitted to RapidReel. RapidReel is not a long-term storage provider. Project files, drafts, and exports may be removed after a reasonable period following project completion, inactivity, cancellation, or nonpayment. RapidReel is not responsible for lost or inaccessible files if the client failed to maintain their own backups.

Each subscriber may receive access to a private client workspace, upload portal, or project management space used for submitting requests, uploading footage, reviewing drafts, and downloading deliverables. RapidReel uses Frame.io or a comparable platform to facilitate this process.

Access to the workspace may be limited, paused, or removed after cancellation, nonpayment, or misuse. The workspace is a delivery tool, not a backup or storage service. Clients are responsible for downloading and retaining their own copies of all deliverables.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.

RapidReel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RapidReel with respect to your use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
