Clear expectations from day one.

Within a few hours you will receive access to your private client workspace and a short brand setup form. Fill it out once: your style, platforms, and delivery needs. You can submit your first request the same day.

Core clients have one active project at a time. Additional requests wait in queue. Full Production clients have two active projects at a time. Once a project is delivered, the next one starts immediately. The queue is for ongoing work, not a backlog dump of six months of footage.

A revision is a change within the scope of your original brief: adjusted timing, different music, a tighter cut, a caption edit. It does not mean a new creative direction, new footage, or a completely different approach. Revision notes must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on.

The delivery window begins when complete assets are received: all footage, music references, and any copy that needs to appear on screen. Submit everything together and get it back fast.

Pause requests are handled manually. Contact RapidReel before your next billing date to request a pause. While paused, new work, file delivery, workspace access, and active project movement may stop until the subscription is reactivated. Pausing does not refund previous charges or completed billing periods.

Clients are responsible for keeping their original raw footage. Project files, drafts, and exports may be retained for a limited period after delivery. RapidReel is not a long-term footage storage service.
